Objekt International, 10/01/13 — Art Deco In Messilah, Kuwait

“The objective was to revive the glamour of the twenties and thirties in an interior dominated by opulence.”

It is an ode to the Art Deco style, designed by Yvonne Colacion, to be found in Messilah, Kuwait. An interior studded with classical Art Deco icons and furniture produced in collaboration with such world-renowned ateliers as those of Charles Jouffre, Lesage and Frank Pollaro. The objective was to revive the glamour of the twenties and thirties in an interior dominated by opulence. The original architectural design is by Dar Al-Omran and Alberto Pinto.
